The Volunteer Medical Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager and Volunteer Medical Staff in performing administrative duties directly related to the day-to-day operations of the pregnancy help medical clinic. Major duties involve ensuring efficient exam room operations, medical chart organization and data entry for medical services performed.

-Assist with the set up of the exam room in preparation for clients receiving an ultrasound.

-Prepare forms packets to be completed by healthcare professionals for clients receiving an ultrasound.

-Organize, label and file medical charts according to established guidelines.

-Assist with adherence to Infection Control and OSHA guidelines.

-Assist Nurse Manager with Inventory Control and submission of supply requests to the Operations department.

Description

Care Net is a non-profit non denominational christian organization that helps anyone in a crisis pregnancy regardless of age, race, creed, nationality, country, marital status, circumstance of conception or condition of unborn baby. We offer one on one sensative and confidential counseling, we educate in areas of sexual integrity, adoption, abstinence,abortion and basic life skills. Our goal is to educate community in order to aid in the prevention of a crisis pregnancy.

We offer free services: Pregnancy testing, physician and clinic referrals, community service referrals, social services referrals, peer counseling for sexuality and relationship issues, literature and videos, housing referrals, baby supplies, post abortion counseling, prenatal and parenting classes, marriage and family.
