Heartland Hospice is in need of volunteers in Marion, Delaware and Marysville, and Mt Gilliad.
Have an hour a week? We invite you to consider becoming a hospice volunteer. Volunteers help hospice provide compassionate, quality visits to those living with life-limiting illness, their families and caregivers.
If you can read or just hold their hand, we need you!
Our volunteers work side by side with hospice professionals in providing companionship, to those who have no one to visit them.
Our patients need a friend to visit them in their time of need.
Friendly Visitor Volunteers offer support, companionship, and practical, caring help. This is a very flexible volunteer position. Visitors needed during the day, evenings and on weekends.
