Keller Williams Realty Thanksgiving in May
Thanksgiving in May? Yes! Thanks to volunteers from Keller Williams Prestige. Thank you so much! We are dazzled, once again, by the generosity of volunteer groups that provide food for the women's shelter. Not only do you meet a critical need, you bring a lot of heart!

Join with your family, friends, colleagues and/or associates to provide dinner for the Women's Shelter - 25 women.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, we like to invite participants from the other two programs that share the location - 45 men and women total on average.

Unlike a more traditional "soup kitchen," we do not have a paid cooking crew and rely 100% on volunteers to provide dinner 365 days of the year, including holidays.

Mission Statement

Inspirica's mission is to break the cycle of homelessness by helping people achieve - and maintain - permanent housing and stability in their lives.

Description

By operating shelters, transitional housing, and permanent housing, we are able to break the cycle of homelessness rather than provide only a temporary fix.

By serving single women, families, people with mental illness, and persons living with HIV/AIDS, we are able to work across the spectrum of people who are homeless rather than with just one segment.

By taking a comprehensive approach to helping people, we address not just the physical part of homelessness, but all the reasons a person becomes homeless.

Our ability to integrate services is a key element of our success in breaking the cycle of homelessness and sets us apart from many other organizations.

We have an intense focus on results and measure success not by how many people we serve, but by how many of them achieve - and maintain - permanent housing and stability.
