Assist in the merchandising and sale of items donated to the thrift store for the monetary benefit of patient care services. Act as an ambassador by promoting Hope Hospice programs and services. Volunteer should be a team player but also enjoy volunteering independently. Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
Volunteers assist with a variety of duties, including:
greeting and assisting shoppers
receiving and sorting donations
Hanging clothing
marking prices
stocking the store
packing & moving items

Hospice care focuses on enhancing quality of life, alleviating pain and providing emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. Hope Hospice is a service, we will come to your home or residence. We currently serve the following counties: Comal, Guadalupe, Hays and Bexar.
