Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland

Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? Invest in a richer future by preparing tomorrow's leaders TODAY!

Become a Junior Achievement (JA) classroom volunteer at the school of your choice and be a positive role model for K-12 students throughout greater Cleveland (Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain Counties)! JA inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a global economy. Through interactive lessons and curriculum, students work with a positive adult role model who shares their real world business experiences with the class.

  • Choose a class that needs a volunteer: https://www.juniorachievement.org/web/ja-grcleveland/classrooms-in-need
  • Attend a JA training session (about 1 hour) and receive your classroom assignment, program materials, and teacher contact information.
  • Agree to teach 5-12 classroom lessons (depending on program selection) for about 40 minutes each lesson.
  • Schedule your classroom lessons with your teacher.
  • Communicate with JA upon completion of your program.
  • Have fun!
