Food bank volunteers help distribute food to clients at our food bank, as well as sort and repackage food for distribution. Food bank shifts are available weekdays, Monday through Friday, for about 3 hours. No weekend shifts at this location.
Work weekly, monthly or occasionally. For more information or to fill out an application, visit www.northwestharvest.org.
Our schedule:
Morning shift: 8:45am - 12pm
Mid-day shift: 11:45am - 3pm
Afternoon shift:
2:45pm - 5:30pm (Mondays and Wednesdays)
2:45pm - 5pm (Thursdays and Fridays)
Closed Tuesdays, evenings, and on weekends
Groups: Maximum of 8 volunteers

Description
Northwest Harvest collects and distributes food to more than 375 independent food banks, hot meal programs, and high need schools across Washington State without proof of need. We provide over 2 million meals every month to individuals and families in need. We also run one food bank of our own, the Cherry Street Food Bank in Seattle.
Northwest Harvest is unable to provide court-related community service.
