We are currently looking for a volunteer to assist our Medical Records Coordinator at Gentiva Hospice. Volunteers are the backbone of hospice and a very important part of the team. They help us keep medical records up to date so we provide the best possible service to patients and their families. This opportunity will provide you with the chance to support the hospice philosophy from behind the scenes with a dynamic company! Ideal person will have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, organized and also have the ability to multitask. Duties of this special volunteer may include data entry, updating/maintaining patient files, faxing, answering phones, copying, mailing, and other duties as necessary. Volunteers are needed anytime Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hours are flexible and any help is greatly appreciated.We look forward to hearing from you!
