We are currently accepting applications for volunteer EMT's Emergency Medical Technicians and Firefighters. Must Be age 18 or older. Experience a plus but not necessary. This is a great way to help those in the community. If you have ever thought about doing ems or firefighting come by and check us out. Must meet additional minimum requirements.

Poe Community Volunteer Fire Department Inc. is faithfully dedicated to the community to provide emergency responses for both medical related calls and fire services.
Description
We respond to all medical and fire related 911 calls. Poe provides a BLS ambulance service and fire services to our community. We also hold several fundraising oppertunities each year such as Poe Days Festival in August, Peanut Brittle making in the Fall and our pancake sausage and breakfast.
