Department for Persons with Disabilities
We have a beautiful group home for five adults with developmental disabilities in Parsippany and they have a great back yard which would be perfect for a garden. They are really in need of a volunteer gardener who would help the residents plant seeds or plants, caring for them and watching them grow. It would be a wonderful therapy for our residents and our volunteer would be using his/her time and talent for a very worthy cause.
