Harbor Light Hospice is seeking individuals to spend quality time with patients or provide respite to their families in the Walkerton area. Volunteers socialize, play cards, watch TV, discuss today's current events, read aloud, or simply hold a hand. We are committed to providing comfort of mind, body and spirit. Our specially trained staff helps manage pain and symptoms, thereby enabling patients to live their lives as fully as possible. In addition, our team members create a comforting environment and provide emotional support to families who need help coping with the loss of a loved one.
