Are you a lifelong learner who has a passion for history and education? The Fairfield Museum and History Center welcomes applications from prospective docent volunteers.
Discover the fascinating people and events that helped to shape our community. Whether you’ve lived here for many years or you’re new to the area, discover the rewards of sharing the rich history of our town and region with students, families and adults.
We are looking for museum guides to lead tours for student groups. Museum Guides must commit to training sessions and be available during the week (usually mornings) to conduct walking tours of the Historic Town Green and tours of the 1750 Ogden House for students in grades 3 and up.
