The American Cancer Society offers many volunteer opportunities. We are currently looking for:
Road to Recovery Volunteers:
Volunteer drivers donate their time and vehicles to take cancer patients to their life saving treatment appointments and return them home. Current, valid drivers license, proof of insurance and a good driving record is required. Training is provided and drivers make their schedule. We have an urgent need for volunteer drivers in the Elk Grove and South Sacramento areas!
