So what are you doing with your summer? Why not make a difference in someone else's life while getting some great experience and having fun?

The Summer Teen Volunteer Program is designed for teens 13-18 years of age and gives teens opportunity to develop skills and references for future job and college applications in a friendly and safe environment while helping residents experience an Abundant Life through activities and visits.

Choose from a variety of postions:

Personal Care Activities:Activities Assistants

Assist residents with activities such as playing games, visiting on the porch, serving refreshments, and helping residents with outdoor walks. Musicians also welcome

Nursing Activities: Activites Assistants

Help nursing residents with a variety of activities, playing table games such as air hockey, card games such as Uno or active games such as bowling or noodle ball, assiting residents outdoors, painting, visiting, helping with porch events. Musicians also welcome

For teens 15 and older:

Fitness Center Assistant

Assist with a variety of exercise classes and activities in the Fitness Center and on nursing households, help at the fitness reception desk and assist with cleaning of equipment.

Gift Shop Clerk

Make sales using register, make change, assist patrons with locating items of interest, may assist with opening and closing of shop.

Student Volunteer Aide
May include assisting ice water pass, one on one visits, assisting with setting tables for meals and escorting residents to the dining room, interacting with residents with activtties
