GENTIVA HOSPICE patients love the unconditional love of a 4-legged visitor! If you have a dog that enjoys people, we have the people who will enjoy your dog.
Join the GENTIVA HOSPICE volunteer team with your therapy dog and brighten the days of hospice patients in Central Ohio. Dogs must be certified (we can arrange that) and current with all inoculations. Pet owners must complete the Odyssey volunteer orientation, background check and TB screening (at Odyssey's expense).
Visits are flexible to accommodate your schedule.

Gentiva Hospice is a team of professionals who provide care to patients and families with end of life needs. As key members of the care team, volunteers expand and enhance hospice services for our patients. Volunteers bring special skills and talents to share with patients, and offer comfort through companionship visits, administrative assistance and special projects for patients and their families.
