Shelter volunteers help walk, feed, medicate and play with dogs, as well as clean kennels. Help is needed in the mornings from 7-10 am and in the evenings from 5-7 pm daily. Dog walkers are also needed in the afternoon daily. Education-related Community Service hours are available.

Description
Houndhaven, Inc. is run entirely on donations and volunteers. Volunteers help walk, feed, medicate, bathe and clean up after the dogs. Other volunteers help introduce the dogs to prospective adopting parties at adoption fairs, while others do fundraising and help maintain our presence on various websites.
