Calling ALL willing hearts who love children!
Do you enjoy reading to children? Do you enjoy arts and crafts? Is it fun for you to teach children the ABC’s and 123’s?

Volunteers:
We are looking for volunteers who enjoy working with 3 and 4 year olds to assist the teacher with classroom time, games, craft and story time activities. Volunteers will assist with supervising children during snack and lunch time.

This is a great opportunity for high school or college students interested in Early Childhood or Elementary Education.

Requirements:
Volunteers must be 16 years old or older.
Any volunteer under the age of 18 must have a waiver form signed by a parent or guardian.
Orientation will be required prior to beginning your volunteer shift.

Working with children training class and trial period will be required.
Volunteers must pass a background check.

Commitment:

The program follows the U-46 school year calendar. It runs from mid-September through the beginning of June 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday - Friday. A minimum of a one day per week commitment for the fall or spring semester is requested.
