The Cap2Cap bike event, held each year in May (this year on Saturday, May 14th), is the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation’s largest fundraiser and requires hundreds of volunteers to be successful.

Our mission is to raise public awareness, safe usage and ongoing enhancement of this multi-use Trail through advocacy, community events and educational outreach. We fervently believe once complete, this Trail will be an attraction that will make all Virginians proud.
