ORGANIZATION: UCP CENTRAL PA

Are you a community member or business leader who is looking to give back to the community in a measurable way? If so, then this may be the volunteer opportunity for you! UCP is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors and four committees that provide oversight over key aspects of our organization. The Human Resources Committee is actively recruiting additional members who are willing to put their time, talents, and abilities to work for a great cause.

We are looking for four to six additional committee members to assist with the following:
Review and evaluate agency policies and practices, including recruitment and retention
Provide consultation regarding staff compensation and benefits Review and analyze personnel evaluation processes
Review and analyze relevant legislation/regulations affecting human resource issues
