There will be a gazebo like tent outside by the parking lot near the covered sidewalk where the students are dropped off/picked up. I'll have signs up for you volunteers as well as the t-shirts that we're selling from the tent. Please, check in at the tent and we will direct you from there.

Please, remember to bring a hat in case you end up working a food stand or you will be asked to wear a hair net. We definitely will be helping out at the hot dog and sausage booth.

Great opportunity for groups, individuals and students who need those last minute service hours!

The St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church is holding its annual spring festival on Sunday, May 4th from 9am until 8pm. We need help setting up, manning the concession stands and booths for the various activities in the children's midway and clean up.

The event is held both indoors and outdoors, extending into the sports field behind the school. The event will not be providing shirts for the volunteers. This is a church/family environment, so clean jeans, shorts and shirts are welcome. No open toe shoes or sandals. Parking is free, though one may have to park down the street in the neighborhood.

We're asking volunteers to commit to two hour blocks and to bring a hat in case they are working one of the food stands.
