We are looking for volunteers to help with our weekly art class, which gives our program participants the opportunity to explore a variety of arts and crafts mediums. Volunteers help with preparation of materials, assist staff with dispersing of materials to participants, and help individuals, who need it, complete their project. Socialization is also a big component of all our classes. When class is over, volunteers help with clean up and with organization of our supply room as time allows.

Description
The ARC Tampa Bay is an agency for the developmentally disabled providing both in-house employment opportunities in the assembly, packaging, collation area. We also have personal, social and community services programs that teach basic life and home support skills to severe and profoundly disabled persons, developing their independence and self-esteem. ARC Tampa Bay provides extensive elder care including state-of-the-art residential services. ARC Tampa Bay also offers an active retirement curriculum known as the Development Enrichment Pogram. This is a brief synopsis of the activities and programs that ARC Tampa Bay provides.
