MOER Foundation needs help from web designers or those skilled in website development, ranging from simple updates to elaborate design and customizations. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we would like to update/maintain our web site that is cutting-edge and accessible by all. We are a non-profit organization founded with the aim of facilitating meaningful and sustainable development in our local communities. Solicit webpage content, articles, announcements, advertisements, board reports and other related content for National organization newsletter. Edit webpage content to ensure alignment with MOER Foundation mission, vision and values. Establish the format and guidelines for content of webpage and other publications. Research, update and monitor webpage content for timeliness, currency and accuracy prior to publication. Establish publication schedules and timelines to meet those deadlines. Establish the rates for advertising space and procedures for soliciting advertisements and the type of advertisement which is acceptable under the MOER Foundation mission, vision and values. Work with MOER Foundation newsletter editor and webpage host administrator to update webpage, convert newsletter to Adobe Acrobat for posting, post advertisements and/or other PDF format documents for website posting. Work with web host administrator for graphic content and layout. Make procedural and/or operational corrections as necessary. Upload video and flash content and assist in uploading webinar materials and conference video and photos, MOER Foundation surveys and polls and other web content. Notify MOER Foundation membership and association supporters of website updates and alerts. Working with MOER Foundation Executive Director, serve as liaison between MOER Foundation Board of Directors and Website Host Administrator to resolve technical issues. Provide recommendations on MOER Foundation webpage and other production technology purchases and related issues. Provide written reports and attend meetings as required by MOER Foundation By-Laws and as requested by the MOER Foundation Executive Director, President and/or Board of Directors. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed. Other duties as assigned. Work with web host administrator for graphic content and layout. Make procedural and/or operational corrections as necessary. Description
The M.O.E.R. (Making Our Envirnoment Right)'s focus is to address critical issues that affect the well being of all communities. Further, we acknowledge and accept the fact that violent crime amongst young people has become a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY. Our objective is to address this pandemic in a constructive and life enhancing way. We will seek alternative approaches to enable young people to make positive life choices through self perception. This self awareness is as defined in the context generational awareness and re-evaluation of self as an extension of community growth. The self defined aware young person will be shown that success is achieved through a cooperative community effort and failure is found in selfish actions. The M.O.E.R. (Making Our Envirnoment Right) wishes to contribute to the resolution of this national delimea as a facilitator of constructive change through the re-construction of the change agent- the young people.
