Playground Assistant Start Date: Ongoing
The playground assistant provides additional supervision of the children while on the playground. The duties of the job are to monitor free play activities, maintain a safe environment, play with children, arrange outdoor games, and work with children on gross motor developmental skills. The volunteer who serves as a playground assistant needs to be physically active, patient, and have the ability to work with children.
Qualifications: Energetic and enthusiastic, adaptive to changing environments, observant and attentive, good organizational skills
Hours: 10AM - 12PM

Reports To: Classroom teacher as well as the Center Manager
