ESL Teacher: ESL Teacher reports directly to the Educational Program Supervisor. Duties: Follow guidelines and curriculum set by the Educational Program Supervisor. Counsel students on academic matters Demonstrate professional development. Requirements: Teaching experience Must have reliable car or van Able to make a minimum commitment of 1-3 months or longer, if able Able to volunteer a minimum of 6 hrs. during work week Complete, sign and submit the following forms, which will be provided by agency: confidentiality, background verification and RST volunteer application. RST, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit agency affiliated with Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Services (LIRS), Church World Service (CWS), and Episcopal Migration Ministry (EMM). Since 1978, RST has successfully resettled more than 12,000 refugees. Currently we have offices in: Amarillo, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston.
