The Salvation Army is all about the holiday season and one of our programs is Angel Tree. Together, we are able to give gifts to 7,000 children who would not have a Christmas otherwise.

Angel Trees will be available soon at local area malls from November 15 - December 14. Each child’s wish list is hung on the tree and will be ready for you to shop for.

Angel Tree Locations

Barton Creek Mall - At the escalator between the 2 Dillard's.

Lakeline Mall - Upper Level near JCPenny's.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Saturday from 10:00am - 9:00pm

Sundays from 1:00pm - 6:00pm

*A kiosk located near Santa will be open Fridays and Saturdays only at Hill Country Galleria.

Volunteer groups of up to 4 are welcome to help out at any location!

Gift Distribution to Families

Location - 6510 S. Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78745

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:00pm

One hour lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Saturday from 8:30am - 1:00pm, no lunch

Large volunteer groups are welcome to join gift distribution on December 16, 17, 19, and 20. *Distribution is a huge operation of handing out gifts to 100 families per hour.

Volunteers are also invited to sort, organize, and label gifts from December 4 - 20.

Contact michelle_packer@uss.salvationarmy.org for scheduling and include the date, time frame, and location you are interested in volunteering. A minimum shift of at least 2 hours is required. *Fluent Spanish speakers are a plus. The minimum age requirement is 18.
