Bracing Kids for a Better Future!

Smiles Change Lives is an international organization that provides affordable, life changing orthodontic care to kids from families who cannot afford the full cost of treatment. Our small, dedicated staff seeks administration support from talented individuals who can donate their time and skills in the SCL national headquarter's office located in the Crown Center area of Kansas City, MO.

For the past 22 years SCL has matched caring orthodontists with qualified youth across the United States and Canada! We are the administration office and do not work directly with the participants or orthodontic providers. Volunteers are vital to our organization and play a key role in our success.

Administration projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry. Maintaining our data base is crucial to our day to day operations.
  • Administration needs, such as mailings, filing, online research
  • Marketing/social media updates

We offer flexible hours and FREE, convenient, covered parking!

Smiles Change Lives provides access to life changing, orthodontic treatment for children from low-income families whose self-esteem has been impacted by having crooked teeth and/or misaligned jaws.

Description

Headquartered in Kansas City, MO, Smiles Change Lives (SCL) has emerged as the leader in providing access to orthodontic care for qualified and motivated youth in North America. SCL’s unique model matches children from low income families, needing orthodontic care, with over 750 SCL provider orthodontists. Since its inception in 1997, SCL has successfully treated over 6,800 children, providing healthy confident smiles.
