The Hoffman Estates Junior Chamber is an affiliate chapter of the United States Junior Chamber and Junior Chamber International. Our mission is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
Each JCI Member shares the belief that in order to create lasting positive change, we must improve ourselves and the world around us. We seek targeted solutions to the unique problems in our communities to build a better world, creating global impact.
Joining the Jaycees is a great way to get involved in the community, meet great people and learn new skills. We are very family friendly and encourage you to join us at one of our upcoming events to learn more and meet our members. This is a life-changing opportunity!

Description
The United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees) gives young people between the ages of 18 and 41 the tools they need to build the bridges of success in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. With the focus of the nation on volunteerism, from the smallest towns to the largest cities, the Jaycees are enlarging areas of opportunity for young people.
