IN HOME, Nursing Homes, Group homes or IPU VISITS
Under the Volunteer Manager's direction, Visit patients in their homes or in the Nathan Adelson Hospice In-Patient Unit's.
Work with Social Worker's and the Volunteer department Coordinator to determine possible socialization activities for the patient.
Provide relief for Primary Caregiver to get out for appointments, errands, etc.
Ensure patient safety in absence of Primary Caregiver.
Provide socialization, reading, completing memory journals, etc.
