As the front desk volunteer, you will greet people as they walk in, and connect them with the appropriate staff member.
You will also answer the phone at the front desk, and direct the calls to the appropriate employee.
The front desk volunteer also helps with general secretarial duties as they arise, such as stuffing envelopes.
Shifts are generally half a day--either morning or afternoon.
