Help keep the flow of needed emergency food and supplies moving during disasters. Identify/maintain facilities where disaster operation staff meet and care for family needs. Help provide compassionate, supportive care to families displaced from their homes during disasters. Help your county.

Procurement: You will help in your county acquire/replenish required supplies per policies/procedures needed for disaster relief operation activities. Gather and return supplies when directed.

Supply: You will help in your county obtain and transport supplies from warehouses/vendors to disburse needed emergency supplies to disaster activities in the field. You will deliver needed emergency supplies to disaster operation centers, shelters, services centers and communities.

Warehousing: You will help in your county store, manage inventory, daily tracking inventory received and distributed throughout the disaster operation in large Red Cross vehicles. Gather and retrieve supplies from the disaster operation and return supplies as directed.

Facilities: You will help in your county identify/maintain facilities where disaster operation staff meet and care for family needs like disaster operation centers, shelters, service centers.

Transportation: You will help in your county acquire/obtain and assure rental, vendor and Red Cross vehicles are tracked, inventoried and maintained in good condition throughout the disaster. Assure all vehicles are returned to appropriate resources at the conclusion of the disaster. Transportation activity responsibilities also include shuttle services, courier and mail system services for the disaster operation.
