BSTFPA is looking for experience, and qualified individuals, with a track record for not only bringing in funds for a non-profit such as BSTFPA; but team players who are willing to work alongside the founder in the early stages of building its new 2011 board. Advocate on behalf of the BSTFPA- must be prepared to promote the views of the theatre in order to secure funding, legislation and other support for the organization. Provide input into the strategic plan and monitor the theatre's progress towards achieving established goals.

Description
Bible Stories Theatre of Fine & Performing Arts [BSTFPA], as the name implies, is a biblically -based theatre founded on the parables of the Holy Scriptures. Because the performing arts allow children to express themselves in different ways, involvement in dance, drama and music courses is often responsible for keeping them in school. Our goal, understanding that the arts must be an integral part of every child's education, will help to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, self-motivation and cooperation skills necessary for success in life.
Our undertaking refers to all of the areas of fine and performing arts; and aside from our stage productions, there are the visual arts, classical music, jazz improvisation, music compositions and poetry. Our intellectual agenda_ under our Learning in the Arts programs for children and youth will empower the Inner City's poor and low-income families with the potential to become great young artists and encourage them to develop their gifts and pursue their artistic goals.
