Mission Statement
The vision of the Franklin Street Gallery and Gift Shop is to enhance and enrich the life of all citizens of Schuyler County through education and the advancement of the arts. The gallery is committed to a philosophy of diversity, education and learning and promotes the participation of people from all cultures, individuals with disabilities and from all ethnic backgrounds.
Description
The Franklin Street Gallery and Gift Shop is operated by The Arc of Schuyler, a nonprofit organization that provides supports to people with disabilities and their families. It was established to promote the arts in Watkins Glen, Schuyler County and the surrounding area and to encourage the participation of artists from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
