Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana offers a one-to-one mentoring program: Big Brother, Big Sister, Big Couple or Big Friend program. The Big Couple program is available to those who have been in a 2 year romantic relationship and the Big Friend program is available to those who have been in an active friendship for at least 2 years.
Bigs and Littles meet in the community to share fun activities like going to a ball game or taking a walk in the park. Matches meet 4-6 hours total per month, seeing each other between 2-4 times per month. Matches are made based on common interests/hobbies and geographic location (within 20 minute drive from home for the volunteer).

Community-based Bigs: Bigs and Littles meet in the community to share fun activities and a little bit of themselves.
Time Commitment: Meet two to four times a month, an average of 4-6 hours a month for a minimum of one year..
