Assisting with UMOCA's special events is a great opportunity to learn about contemporary art practices, and gain exposure to other local community organizations through UMOCA's outreach and partnership events. During events volunteers act as a UMOCA ambassador that answers general questions about the art work or event, protects the art work, and assists generally with event maintenance.
Events include exhibition openings, artist talks, film screenings, and community collaborate events with organizations like KUED and the Utah Brewer's Guild!

Are you an art lover? Do you want to make a positive difference in an organization committed to contemporary art and art education? Utah Museum of Contemporary Art is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated volunteers to participate in our volunteer program.
