Blue Water Baltimore is seeking dependable people to join our tree team for this upcoming fall.

As a tree team member, you will be responsible for leading a group of anywhere from 5 to 15 volunteers at our larger tree planting projects. This work is integral to the restoration and expansion of our tree canopy; having a few extra pairs of experienced eyes and hands really helps saplings to survive and thrive in Baltimore City and County.

All training will be provided-- no experience necessary! We ask that you commit to at least two projects per month; both weekend and weekday opportunities are available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about urban forestry and native trees; to gain experience in volunteer management; to interact with all sorts of people; and to see the immediate results of your work. Weekday volunteers are especially desirable. Weekend volunteers should be available on Saturday, October 1st and Saturday, October 29th.
