"Jingle Bells", "Silent Night", "Joy to the World"... These are some of the classic Christmas songs that we love singing around the holidays. Clients at Catholic Charities' Milwaukee Adult Day Center also love those Christmas songs, and would love to sing them with you!
We are looking for a small to medium size group to sing Christmas carols with our Adult Day Center participants- older adults with memory loss or developmental delays. You are welcome to choose your own songs, and bring instruments! You are also more than welcome to meet our clients and visit with them, as they will surely want to meet you. Your visit can last 15 minutes to 2 hours- it is your choice. Dates available include:
Wednesday, December 8th (1:00-5:00) Friday, December 10th (1:00-5:00)Wednesday, December15th (10:30-12:00) Tuesday, December 28th (10:30-12:00, 1:00-3:00)
We will work with you to find a time that works for both of us.
Your visit will surely bring holiday cheer for all- by singing carols you will revive and stir up many fine holiday memories for the participants. Plus, you are sure to leave with many smiles, laughter, and hugs!

Description
Catholic Charities mission to "provide service to those in need, to advocate for justice and to call upon others to do the same" has been the core of our work since 1920. We measurably improve the lives of the poor in our communities and empower them to reach their full potential. When we accomplish this, lives are transformed and the benefits to the community can be exponential starting by improving the quality of life one person at a time.
With an outpouring of support from the community, we are able to help the poorest among us.
