Cordially meet and greet Science Museum of Minnesota school groups and answer their questions regarding programming, show times, key locations of interest within the museum, and general information. These are busy times, but also include some slower down times when volunteers will be asked to proactively work on other tasks. In this role: Meet and greet buses, help the school groups get their wristbands and direct the groups to the Gallery Exhibit entrance or Omnitheater. Facilitate scheduled lunches with students, teachers, and chaperones. Work with a variety of groups from the museum and working as a team player is a vital skill along with great customer service skills.
Available shifts are Monday 9-1pm and Friday 9-1pm.
