Mediators create dialogue, diffuse hostility, stimulate negotiation and open pathways toward agreement. Ultimately, mediators empower disputing parties to resolve their own conflict.
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to take on challenging situations that demand intellect, creativity, and self-awareness. Our volunteers contribute in a variety of critical roles, including: conflict coaching, mediation, community facilitation, training, and spreading the word about our programs and services.
