MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
We provide volunteer to teach adult English Language Learners in Salt Lake Countuy. Most of our students are at a very low level of English and for them we focus on "survival English." The total time commitment would be 5 hours per week for a minimum of 100 hours - about 6 months.
We provide a 12 hour training for the volunteers & provide all of the materials so that you don't feel unprepared. After your training you will be matched up with a either one student, a small group (2-12 students).
Our services are free to the student & we set up times and locations that will be convenient to both you and the students. More information is available on our website at eslcenter.org.
