The Sunshine Fitness and Wellness Center is an indoor recreation center open to the public from Monday to Friday and on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month. We are currently seeking the help of individuals whom are enthusiastic about fitness and teaching others how to become physically fit. We have a wide variety of classes that address all levels of fitness:
Senior chair Exercise
Senior/Adult Yoga
Senior/Adult Strength and Flexibility
Ballroom Dancing

We serve as an outreach organization for the community and referral source for individuals needing assistance from local agencies. We are committed to family empowerment. Our motto is "We build people," and it is our sincere desire to build individuals, families, and the community.
