The 2016 Fargo Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes will be held on Sunday afternoon, October 2nd at Oak Grove Park and we need volunteers to help us plan this fun event!
The planning committee meetings will be held in the evenings once a month, with more frequent meetings in September leading up to the walk. Committee members can choose from a variety of roles depending on interest, including:
* Walk route planning
* Volunteer recruitment and coordination
* Walker recruitment and communications
* Sponsor and donations coordinator
* Food and beverage coordinator
* Entertainment coordinator
The Fargo Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes depends on our planning committee to make the event great! Every volunteer will receive a t-shirt and lunch, and is welcome to participate in the walk.
