Provide immediate emotional and informational support to victims of sexual violence, their families and friends via our 24 hr crisis phone line or at Mission Hospital emergency room.
Gain the information and skills needed through our 24 hour training which includes: crisis intervention, active listening, the dynamics of sexual violence, information on community resources, self-care when providing support to others.
Advocates work off-site via their cell phone.

Description
OUR VOICE, Inc., the rape and sexual assault service provider for Buncombe County in Western North Carolina, provides support services to survivors of sexual violence, their families and friends. Our services include: 24 hr crisis line; hospital accompaniment and advocacy; counseling; case management and prevention & education programs.
