Summer is here, but learning doesn't have to stop. Enjoy the summer with us as we work with adult learners achieve their reading goals and prepare for the Fall.
Become an in-person or online tutor today! Tulare County Library is currently looking for volunteer tutors who can commit 6 to 9 months helping adults learn to read and achieve their goals. We also help individuals pass their GED test, study for their drivers license, and work on their US Citizenship test. No experience required; we will show you what to do.
Our literacy program makes it easier and safer for tutors and learners to meet in person and online now that we use video chat programs like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. You can still make a difference even from home. Please give us a call so that you can help change someone's life this year.
