The Office of the Guardian ad Litem of the 16th Judicial Circuit, Family Court Division, in Jackson County, Missouri, serves more than 1900 abused and neglected children by representing their best interests in Family Court proceedings and taking all steps reasonably necessary to protect and promote these interests.
