As an Event Support Volunteer at an upcoming LINC Cares Disaster Preparedness & Resource Fair you will assist our organization in implementing educational and resource filled events that will enrich the lives of low-income seniors in your area! Seniors will receive an afternoon of presentations from professionals in the disaster preparedness field, free refreshments, and be introduced to many local agencies and resources available to them in their neighborhoods.

Volunteers will support these important events by assisting with:

1. Set up & clean up of community space
2. Greeting and interacting with participants
3. Event registration
4. Passing out resources at a LINC Cares booth
5. Photography of event
6. Preparation and serving of refreshments
7. Outreach to community through flier distribution
8. Supporting vendors with set up of booths
