LifeStream, a local, nonprofit, comprehensive blood center for the San Bernardino/Riverside Counties, helps save lives by connecting Donors and Patients through the gift of blood. As a volunteer "Appreciation Ambassador" in our San Bernardino Donor Center you will be part of our life saving team.

Trained to safe guard our donors at the end of the process, volunteers monitor the donors while providing nourishment to help in their stabilization. Trained on how to detect and respond to early signs of a reaction, makes our volunteers a valuable part of our team.

One unit of blood can save 3 lives and it only take three teaspoons of blood to save an infant. Our donors are heroes and an important part of the volunteer role is to make them feel appreciated and special.

As a volunteer you will enhance our service to the community, work with professionals who appreciate your time and effort, make new friends all while gaining experience and knowledge. LifeStream Volunteers make a difference.
