Project Leadership Mentors support students to and through college. Mentors help low income teens succeed in high school and plan for their post-secondary educations. Students are supported as they persist toward college degree completion (certificate, associate or bachelors).
Secondary Mentors are matched one-on-one with a mentee in high school. Mentors and mentees meet once a week at school or in the community.
Post-Secondary Mentors are matched with a small team of college student mentees. Mentors connect with their mentees at least three times per month. One contact per month must be in person, while other contacts can include texting, phone calls, emails, Facebook or other means.
