ORGANIZATION: Volunteer Services

A spunky elder needs a ride to her local foodbank every other week.
She can go either Tues, Weds, or Thurs. She needs a regular person -- food bank times are 11-2. The Food Bank is her main source of food.

You will be reimbursed 44 cents a mile. It will be a great way to interact with a senior in your community and also will help this woman dramatically !

Volunteer Chore Services, a program of Catholic Community Services, serves clients who reside in King County and are low income disabled adults or seniors.

Description

Volunteer Services is a program of Catholic Community Services. We are a Washington state-wide program, started as a safety net for older adults and adults with disabilities who do not qualify for state-paid chore assistance and cannot afford to hire assistance.
