The Family Care Network is looking for volunteers to help at our fall fundraiser, Taste of the Central Coast (TCC), on Sunday, September 19th. TCC is a fine food and wine tasting event paired with a live and silent auction at the Cypress Ridge in Arroyo Grande. All volunteers will receive a plate full of delicious samples from over 40 local restaurants and a wine glass to take home. Volunteers, regardless of their age, are not allowed to taste wine at the event.
We will need volunteers for the following tasks:
-Registration: Check-in guests, dispense auction paddles and distribute event packets. (2:30pm-5pm)
-Server: Serve hors d’oeuvres, assist featured chefs and vintners by distributing samples to guests, and/or work as a floater to provide guest-service throughout the event. (2:30pm-6:30pm)
-Set-up: Help unload and set-up silent auction items, serving tables, décor, seating, etc. (9am-2pm)
-Break-down: Help break-down the event and load all equipment and materials for transport. (6pm-9pm)
