Rappahannock United Way has operated a Volunteer Center for the region for more than a decade helping to match volunteers to meet the needs of local non profit organizations.
Currently there are more than 100 charitable organizations registered on the United Way Volunteer Website. The organizations meet a wide variety of community needs from health care to homelessness, environmental causes, and sports and recreation.
The Volunteer Center's aim is to represent the needs of the community; we really believe that through our Volunteer Website we have an easy way to present a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for everyone. Whatever a persons age, ability, skills and schedule - we have an opportunity to match.
