To provide Emergency Medical Services to our community.

Description

The Westfield Volunteer Rescue Squad is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization, providing pre-hospital emergency care. The Westfield rescue Squad has been in existence since 1951. We are an independent non-profit corporation staffed entirely by volunteers and supported solely through private contributions. We render aid and assistance to over 30,000 people in Westfield and neighboring towns. Ambulance and rescue services are provided at no charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to all those in need. The Squad responds, on average, to 2,500 emergency medical and rescue calls each year.
